In June 2023, High Access Cabling was honoured to play a part in a special sports lighting project for the City of Moonee Valley. This venture, undertaken to illuminate the Chris Lane Memorial Field at Boeing Reserve, pays a heartfelt tribute to the memory of Chris Lane.

The installation encompassed six impressive 24.4-meter-high lighting poles, adorned with a total of 24 Musco Lighting LED 5700K fixtures. Notably, the entire lighting system, complete with poles, pre-cast footings, controls and monitoring were a generous donation by Musco Lighting Australia, symbolising their commitment to honouring the late baseballer’s legacy.

The successful installation of the lighting fixtures will ensure a bright environment for young baseball enthusiasts but also serve as a touching tribute to Chris Lane’s memory, emphasising the power of unity and dedication within a community.
